There are 20 chapters in Section II of the DSM-5 that describe specific disorder categories. Each disorder consists of three major components: the diagnostic classification, the diagnostic criteria set, and the descriptive text. When considering a particular diagnosis, it is helpful to review the descriptive text, which further elaborates diagnostic criteria. While the descriptive text that follows each disorder varies slightly, it is generally explained under headings. This workshop is for six hours of clinical CEUS. Participants will get a better understanding of how the DSM Manual is constructed. Participants will become better acquainted with 80% % of the diagnostic categories. This presentation is for clinicians who work directly with clients.
